Version 1.0.1:
 - Created ZIP distribution file containing the binary, deco_32.dll
   and this ChangeLog, and a ZIP file containing the Delphi 3.0
   sources to EyeBrow.
 - Added support for .JPE extension as JPEG file.
 - Added the deco_32.dll to the distribution (required for FIF files,
   I forgot about this DLL when distributing version 1.0.0).
 - Removed a really nasty bug which would crash EyeBrow upon loading
   when a collection named "My Images 1" existed, now it will just
   create a new collection "My Images 2" or "My Images 3" and so on.
 - Removed an error message box generated by the JPEG image loader.
 - Removed some debugging helpers (like symbol information and a
   screen which popped up whenever you pressed a key while viewing an
   image).
